Can I return or exchange my purchases?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part. If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us through the form found here and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

Additionally, please make sure to refer to our size charts prior to placing an order to avoid any trouble with the fit of your items. We will not be accepting exchanges due to ill-fitting items at this time. 

My order arrived but it was missing an item or contained a damaged item.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! While we are based in the US, we are happy to ship across the globe. Please note that international customers are responsible for any potential customs fees incurred.

What is the cost of shipping?

All orders $125+ will receive free shipping! Otherwise, our U.S. shipping rates start at $3.99 and our international shipping rates start at $9.99.

Once I’ve placed an order, how long will it take to ship?

Our order processing time is 2-4 business days, with our shipping warehouse being closed on the weekends. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it’s been shipped?

US orders typically arrive within 2-6 days, while international orders may take up to 4 weeks. Please note that we are unable to account for any potential delays with the shipping carrier during transit.

I’ve placed more than one order, can they be combined?

At this time, orders can not be combined. While we recognize that customers often place multiple orders during a drop, combining orders often leads to more complications such as delayed shipping times. We always want to do our best to get orders to you correctly and as quickly as possible which is why we no longer combine orders.

My tracking number doesn’t show any updates. What should I do?

Please allow 72 hours for your tracking information to update as the package is being transferred to the shipping carrier. If your tracking information has not been updated after 72 hours, please send an email to our support team with your order and tracking numbers.

My tracking information shows that my order has been delivered but I haven’t received it. 

Please confirm that the shipping address shown in your order confirmation email contains the correct shipping address. If you find that the order was shipped to the incorrect address, please contact our support team with your order number and the correct shipping address. 

If your order was shipped to the correct address, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier to see if they can provide further information on your order’s location. If the shipping carrier is unable to help, please contact our support team with your order number.

The shipping address on my order is wrong. Can I edit it?

Please always double-check your shipping address before completing your order at check out, making sure apartment, unit, or suite numbers are included.

If an address was entered in error, please email support@privateparadiseco.com within 24 hours and include the correct shipping address in your email. Please note that we are unable to hold orders or edit the address once it has shipped.

Can I edit or cancel an order once it has been placed?

After placing your order, you will receive an email allowing you to cancel your order within 2 hours. If you need further assistance, please send us an email as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that we can not guarantee any changes due to our shipping process.

Where can I find sizing information on apparel?

Each product page includes sizing information, including a size chart. You can also look to the product images and our Instagram for modeled photos of our apparel.

Are your products sustainable?

Thank you so much for your interest in our sustainable efforts! Our apparel items are produced by a CPSC, SGS, and FLOCERT-Certified Supplier. We hold a strong commitment to ethical labor and environmental practices throughout our supply chain.

Will your jewelry tarnish over time?

All of our jewelry is composed of 316L stainless steel, and our gold jewelry has a triple plating of 18k gold. None of our jewelry pieces will tarnish and they are easy to keep clean. We just recommend that you do not expose your gold jewelry to water as it may wear down the gold plating over time.

When will out of stock items be back?

You can sign up for restock notifications on each product page to receive an email notification when an item is back in stock! We also recommend following us on Instagram for further restock information.
