• We ship both US and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• US orders typically take 3-6 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2-4 business days.
• International orders take 5-21 business days to be delivered via UPS.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Please note that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused severe shipping delays and international orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. 

Shipping cost:

• US orders over $125 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $125 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

Restock dates can be found in product descriptions! If you do not see an estimated restock date that means we currently do not have a planned restock for that item. You can sign up for notifications to receive an alert when an item is back in stock. We also recommend following us on Instagram for up-to-date information on restocks! 

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part. If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us through the form found here and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

ALL of our jewelry is made of 100% 316L Stainless Steel which is highly durable against corrosion, completely tarnish/ rust resistant and will NOT turn your skin green! All pieces are hypoallergenic and therefore safe for those with sensitive skin. 

Silver pieces can be worn in the shower and pool, however water exposure is not recommended for our Gold pieces in order to maintain plating (18kt Gold). 

At this time, orders can not be combined. While we recognize that customers often place multiple orders during a drop, combining orders often leads to more complications such as delayed shipping times. We always want to do our best to get orders to you correctly and as quickly as possible which is why we no longer combine orders. 

Our seller and buyer protection policies do not allow for address changes. Please double-check the address before completing the order at check out, making sure apt, unit, or suite numbers are included. if an address was entered in error, please email support@privateparadiseco.com with the order number and cancellation request. We will cancel the order allowing customers to reorder and input the corrected information. Please note, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. 

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours before updating. If an unusual amount of time passes before showing an update, please contact us here.

Shipping couriers scan packages "delivered" after the mail carrier delivers. If you received a "delivered" status but believe it has not been delivered, please follow up with the local USPS postal delivery personnel or post office for further information. We also suggest following up with persons in the home, residential complex, etc. who may have retrieved the item on your behalf. 

It’s very important to turn your sweaters inside-out and to wash them with cold water. Part of the embroidery could melt if you wash your sweaters with hot water so it’s very important to use cold water!

All of our sweaters are unisex and true-to-size. You can find a size chart in the product descriptions of all apparel. We recommend sizing up by one size for an oversized fit, otherwise your regular size should fit as normal.
