• Who founded PPC?

The brand was founded by Susan, a Vietnamese-Canadian entrepreneur raised in Orange County, California. She launched Private Paradise Co. at just 17 years old, driven by love for Kpop and a desire to create what she couldn’t find — fan-made pieces that felt intentional, elevated, and deeply personal.

Inspired by the comfort Kpop always brought her and shaped by a childhood rooted in creativity, PPC was born as a space where passion, love and purpose met.

• Where did the name Private Paradise come from?

The name Private Paradise is inspired by BTS’ song Paradise (2018), which lyrics quote: “It’s alright not to have a dream, as long as you have moments of happiness.” Those lyrics deeply resonated with our founder, Susan, and became the foundation of PPC, which launched in 2019 with the tagline “Moments of Happiness.” For Susan, BTS and K-pop have always been a personal source of joy — a private paradise within everyday life. The brand represents those quiet, meaningful moments of connection between us fans, and our favorite Kpop artists, their music, and the love they leave with us.

All of PPC’s pieces are simply tangible momentos, created to bring comfort, and those small reminders of happiness into your daily life.
